Oceanwaves Seafood delivers island-wide to all addresses in Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Pulau Ubin
Please let us know in advance if you're not at home so we may reschedule the delivery to another day. As seafood are perishable, rest assured we have done our best to keep it properly packed and stored with ice to chill it.
If there is no one to receive the order, we may have to leave it outside your door and take a photo as proof of delivery.
Please note that in the event that we have to re-deliver, we reserve the right to impose an additional SGD$6 delivery fee.
We deliver all our food products in refrigerator freezer trucks.
And to ensure consistent freshness and quality, all of our orders are individually vacuum packed in food grade vacuum bags, except for live products or brand items.
When necessary, large orders are packed with loads of ice and are delivered in chilled foam boxes to ensure its freshness and quality.
All our products can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. However, if you would like to keep them in the chiller, we recommend to still cover them with some ice to maintain the products at around 0°C. We do not recommend keeping any seafood item in the chiller for more than two days.
Yes. Cleaning & gutting of fish will be included free-of-charge as stated in product description. Fish are weighed before cleaning and gutting.
Of course! You are encouraged to order 1-2 days in advance if you are preparing for a gathering or a party (just in case there is a delay in delivery that day or no stocks)
All our products are processed by our dedicated Oceanwaves Seafood team to ensure the highest quality standards. We always try to provide a product that is as close to what was stated on the product page. Nonetheless, as processing is done by humans, there may be variances in weight from what was stated. Please also note that due to variances in sizes of the fish, we may sometimes have to give the fish and portions according to the rough weight ordered instead of the specific number of items ordered. We will not be providing any refund for any complaints with regards to any disputes of such incident.

We will strive to ensure our fillet portions have minimal bones, however, there could still be fine bones within the fillets from time to time. As such, please note that we are not liable for the presence of bones found in your fillet and Oceanwaves Seafood will not be providing any refund for such instances.
Eating raw or undercooked seafood poses a health risk to everyone, but especially to the elderly, young children under age 4, pregnant women and other highly susceptible individuals with compromised immune systems. The cooking of such food reduces the risk of illness. If you have chronic illness of the liver, stomach, blood, or have immune disorders, you are at greater risk of illness from raw seafood and should eat seafood/shellfish fully cooked. If unsure, consult your physician. Oceanwaves Seafood Enterprise Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any mishap that may arise from consumption of seafood.
Refund & Exchange
Oceanwaves Seafood guarantees that your seafood is fresh and packed for you on your desired delivery date. Products that does not pass our stringent selection standards are rejected. We are confident of the products we carry and deliver and we want you to feel the same. Due to food hygiene reasons, goods sold are strictly not refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you have received our products in a poor condition that is not to your liking, please call us immediately within one hour on the same day of your delivery and we will work to resolve this together. Do not change the original state of the product. Take a photo/video and keep the product frozen.
We reserve the right to reject any refunds or exchanges once the original state of the product has been changed, e.g. thawed, defrosted, cooked etc.
We do not offer a refund except for the following scenarios:
• Incorrect item: We will arrange for a free re-delivery of the correct item and collect back the wrongly delivered item.
• Unavailable item: We will offer a full refund or arrange for a free re-delivery.
